14-Hour Wait for 'Sarva Darshan' of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala
Tirupati: It is currently taking 14 hours to get a 'Sarva Darshan' (general viewing) of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala. As of 4 PM on Thursday, 'Sarva Darshan' devotees had filled all 31 compartments in Vaikuntham Queue Complex-2 and nine sheds in the Narayanagiri area; the queue line extended past the Silathoranam Circle up to the Bata Gangamma Temple Circle. Meanwhile, devotees with time-slot tickets were waiting in six compartments of Vaikuntham Queue Complex-1.
