9 teachers for five students!
Telangana: Despite the government's awareness programs, the number of students enrolling in government schools is not increasing in some areas. The evidence for this is that there are 9 teachers for every 5 students in Rajulakothapalli ZPHS in Mahabubabad (D). There is only one student in 6th, two in 7th, and two in 8th in this school. There is no one in 9th and 10th. There are criticisms that the authorities are not paying attention even though the number of students is low.
