A heartbreaking tragedy occurred in Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh). A 25-day-old infant born to Rahul Kumar and Sudha Devi succumbed to the severe cold. To protect the baby from the freezing cold, the mother covered herself and the child with a thick blanket while sleeping. The fact that the child died due to suffocation by morning has deeply saddened everyone. The parents' cries of anguish reached the heavens as their first child, born two years after their marriage, died right before their eyes.
