A crucial step forward for Kothagudem Airport
New Delhi: A significant step has been taken towards realizing the long-cherished dream of the people of Bhadradri Kothagudem district to have an airport. Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao announced that a central technical team would visit Telangana on the 7th of this month to inspect four to five alternative sites proposed for the project. Tummala met with Union Minister for Civil Aviation Rammohan Naidu in New Delhi on Tuesday and subsequently briefed the media on the details.
