All states need 'Hydra': Pawan
Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan said that a system like Hydra is necessary for all states, including Andhra Pradesh. He said that the vision of the rulers and the performance of committed officers will bring a good name to any system. He said that it is commendable that the Telangana government has brought a new system in the form of Hydra, the first of its kind in the country. Today, Hydra Commissioner Ranganath met Pawan at the Mangalagiri Camp Office.
