An additional 40,000 metric tons of urea will be provided to the state.
Telangana: The Central Government has issued orders allocating another 40 thousand metric tons of urea to the state. A total of 80 thousand metric tons will be supplied to the state this week. Speaking on the occasion, Minister Tummala said, “Urea is very much needed for the paddy, maize and cotton crops that are currently under cultivation. The next 15 days are very crucial for these crops. That is why we have requested the Center to supply urea as per the needs of the farmers.”
