Avinas Reddy is key in the conspiracy to order liquor
Senior advocate Siddharth Luthra, appearing for the ‘SIT’, informed the High Court on Friday that the investigation revealed that petitioner Muppidi Avinash Reddy participated in several meetings with Rajkasi Reddy (A1) regarding the issue of liquor supply orders to distilleries that had paid bribes during the YSRCP regime. He said that the petitioner played a key role in the conspiracy of liquor orders and introduced liquor brands that were not in use in any state in the country in the state. He said that the anticipatory bail petition filed by Avinash Reddy is not maintainable.
