Climate changes affecting the first menstruation
A recent study has revealed that the first menstruation is being affected by climate change. Researchers from Bangladesh analyzed population and health survey data and NASA weather data from 1992-93 and 2019-21 and revealed this. High temperatures increase stress in the body and affect hormones. As a result, it was found that menstruation is delayed in girls in hot regions.
