Daughter-in-law files case against Jogi family
Vijayawada: Another case has been registered against YCP leader and former minister Jogi Ramesh. The Ibrahimpatnam police registered the case on Friday following a complaint filed by his daughter-in-law, Meghana, against him and ten others. Meghana had married Jogi Ramesh's eldest son, Rajiv, on May 28, 2025. Harassment began within a month of the marriage, prompting her to leave for her parents' home. She later returned to her husband following mediation by elders. In her complaint to the police, she alleged that she was subsequently subjected to severe torture and even an attempted murder.
