Death penalty for participating in protests: Iran
Iran has warned its people that those participating in protests will be considered enemies of God. Attorney General Azad warned that they would inevitably face death penalty charges according to the country's laws. He also said that the same punishment would apply to those who assist the rioters. So far, it is known that 2,300 people have been taken into custody. It is known that Iranian Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi called for intensifying the protests to overthrow the Khamenei government.
