Demand to extend Dussehra holidays!
It is known that Dussehra holidays have been declared for schools and colleges in Telugu states. In Andhra Pradesh, they have announced that they will be closed from 22nd of this month to 2nd of October and reopen on the 3rd. However, since the festival is on the 2nd, student unions are questioning how students who have gone to their homes and relatives' houses will return the next day. They are demanding that the holidays be extended at least till the 4th. In Telangana, schools have been closed from 21st of this month to 3rd of October.
