Durga Temple Closed on September 7 Due to Lunar Eclipse
Vijayawada: The main temple and all the sub-temple buildings of the Durga Malleswara Swamy Temple on Indrakiladri in Vijayawada will be closed from 3.30 pm on September 7 due to the lunar eclipse, said the temple's EO V.K. Seenanayak. In a statement on Saturday, he said that the Vedic Committee had informed that the gates would be closed at 3.30 pm on that day. He said that devotees will be able to have darshan again from 8.30 am on the 8th.
