Falling Rupee Exchange Rate: Congress Takes a Dig at Modi
The Congress party tweeted that the exchange value of the Rupee has reached 95 against the US Dollar. It took a satirical swipe at Prime Minister Modi, calling this a "great victory" for him. In another post, the party asked, "Modi, where are you hiding?" Experts attribute the decline in the Rupee's value to a combination of rising crude oil prices in the international market and increased demand for the Dollar.
