Free Vaccinations for Livestock Diseases
Amaravati: Damodar Naidu, Director of the Animal Husbandry Department, announced a schedule on Monday for the free distribution of vaccines against various diseases affecting livestock during the monsoon season. He stated that free vaccinations would be administered as follows: Black Quarter (Jabbavapu) from the 10th to the 30th of this month; Enterotoxaemia (Chituka Vyadhi) from the 15th of this month to the 15th of next month; Haemorrhagic Septicaemia (Gonthuvapu) from the 25th of this month to the 25th of next month; and Bluetongue (Neelinaluka Vyadhi) from the 1st to the 30th of next month.
