H-1B visa fee hike ruled unlawful
US President Donald Trump has suffered another legal setback, having already faced a court ruling against him regarding fee hikes. US District Judge Leo Sorokin in Boston has struck down the Trump administration's decision to raise the H-1B visa application fee to $100,000. It is well known that last September, Trump had decided to hike the H-1B visa application fee—previously ranging from $2,000 to $5,000—to a staggering $100,000.
