Harassment of Bengali Actress at Charminar
A local man behaved inappropriately toward a Bengali actress who had come to visit Charminar. On Monday afternoon, while Bengali actress Pratyusha Paul (25) was inside Charminar admiring its beauty, Abdul Wajid—a resident of the First Lancer Basti area—also entered the premises to show the monument to his son. While there, he began to touch Pratyusha Paul inappropriately. She immediately became alert, grabbed his hand, and confronted him. Locals then thrashed the man and handed him over to the police.
