Pumpkins usually weigh 3-5KG. If grown carefully, they can grow to 10-20KG. But Brandon Dawson of Santa Rosa, California, grew a 1,064 KG pumpkin using special methods. Dawson won the pumpkin show competition held in California and won 20 thousand dollars. Dawson, an engineer, has been growing the largest pumpkins for five years.
