Mani Ratnam chased me for film opportunities: Nagarjuna
Actor Nagarjuna said that he used to follow Kollywood director Mani Ratnam as he felt that he was suitable for the stories he was directing. That is how our combo came to be called ‘Geetanjali’, he said in an interview. ‘I did my first six or seven films as Nageshwara Rao’s son. Some liked it, some didn’t. The film Majnu gave me a break. After that, I achieved commercial success with my final struggle,’ Nag said.
