Maoist Top Leader Deva in Police Custody
Telangana: It is learned that Telangana police have taken Maoist party top leader Barse Deva alias Sukka into custody. Police say that there is a reward of Rs. 50 lakhs on Deva, who hails from Puvarthi village in Sukma district. It is also reported that another 15 people are in police custody. The civil rights association is demanding that all of them be immediately produced in court. Deva had previously worked with top Maoist leader Hidma.
