Minister Ponnam warns travel owners
Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar said that an inquiry has been ordered into the Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh) bus accident incident. He warned private travel agencies that strict action will be taken if rules are not followed in terms of fitness of buses and other issues. ‘They say that inspections are harassment. These are not harassment. The government is taking action to save people’s lives,’ he said. He said that a committee will be formed to control overspeeding.
