Praggnanandha Surpasses Gukesh in FIDE Rankings
In the FIDE Live rankings, world champion Gukesh has been overtaken by another Indian teenager, Praggnanandha. In Saturday's ratings, Gukesh (2776.6) was surpassed by Praggnanandha (2777.2). With this, Praggnanandha reached the fifth rank, while Gukesh fell to the sixth position. Telugu Grandmaster Arjun Irigesi (2780.7), who had already surpassed Gukesh in the rankings, has taken the fourth position. Now, according to the latest rankings, Praggnanandha is number two from India, Arjun is at the top, and Gukesh is at the third position.
