Pregnant woman infected by raw milk; baby dies
A tragic incident occurred in America. A woman drank raw milk during her pregnancy. Due to bacteria in the milk, she contracted a Listeria infection, and her newborn baby died. Doctors warn that pregnant women, infants, children, and the elderly are at risk of illness if they consume unpasteurized/unheated milk. They say it can sometimes lead to miscarriage. They advise consuming only heated milk.
