Baba's famous yoga guru Randev Patanjali University has achieved another milestone. Patanjali University has been recognized as the Knowledge India Mission Cluster Center of the Ministry of Culture. Yoga guru Swami Ramdev expressed special thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this initiative. At a function held in Haridwar, Patanjali University was recognized as the Gyan Bharat Mission Cluster Center of the Ministry of Culture, the ministry said. With this, the agreement was signed in the presence of Patanjali University Chancellor Swami Randev, Vice Chancellor Dr. Acharya Balakrishna, Gyan Bharat Mission Project Directors Dr. Anirvan Dash, Dr. Sridhar Barik, Vishwaranjan Malik. Baba Randev thanks Prime Minister Yoga guru Randev Baba thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amitabh Shah, Culture Minister Gajendra Shekhawat, the entire team of Gyan Bharat Mission for helping Patanjali University achieve this status. The Yoga Guru was cited as an example by the Gyan Bharat Mission to preserve the Indian knowledge tradition. 33 MoUs signed so far On this occasion, Dr. Acharya Balakrishna said that till now 33 MoUs have been signed under this mission. Patanjali University is the first cluster center dedicated to yoga education. Patanjali University has so far preserved 50,000 ancient texts, digitized 4.2 million pages, purified and re-published more than 40 manuscripts. Gyaan Bharat Cluster Center in Patanjali now provides training to 20 centres. Research on manuscripts related to yoga On this occasion, Dr. Anirvan Dash, Project Director of Gyan Bharat Mission, said that Patanjali University, located in the cluster center under Gyan Bharat Mission, will not only conduct research on manuscripts based on Yoga and Ayurveda, but will also connect it with the educational revolution to the country and society.
