Rema Rajeshwari appointed as Deputy Director of National Crime Records Bureau
The Center will give key responsibilities to DIG Rema Rajeshwari. She will be appointed as the Deputy Director of the National Crime Records Bureau. Rajeshwari is a 2009 batch IPS officer and is currently the DIG of the Women Safety Wing. In 2021, Forbes published her as a ‘Self-Made Woman’. Rajeshwari has undertaken several programs against domestic violence and fake news. She has served as the SP of Jogulamba Gadwala and Mahabubnagar.
