Telangana: If you look at the Sammakka-Sarakka Varsity logo.. in the middle there is a red sun-saffron (vermilion), yellow Sammakka, Sarakka gaddy, peacock feathers which are part of tribal culture, and animal horns. The varsity motto is written in Hindi with 3 tribal languages and Sanskrit words ‘Dum-Gyan-Sudaran’. These mean.. Dum: Education (Koya), Gyan: Knowledge (Banjara), Sudaran: Development (Gondu). Below it is ‘Gyan Param Dhyeyam’ in Sanskrit.
