Tilak Varma ruled out for 3 matches
The BCCI has announced that Tilak Varma will miss the first three matches of the five-match T20 series against New Zealand. It said that a decision on his participation in the remaining two matches will be taken based on his fitness. It stated that he underwent surgery yesterday. It revealed that Tilak was discharged from the hospital today and will arrive in Hyderabad tomorrow. The IND vs New Zealand T20 series is scheduled to begin on the 21st of this month.
