Trump gets a shock from the Federal Court
New York: US President Donald Trump has suffered a major setback in the Federal Court. Federal Judge Louis A. Kaplan in Manhattan has ruled that the Rs.5.8 million (about Rs.55 crore) compensation in the court account of the famous writer E. Jean Carroll in the sexual harassment and defamation case filed by her should be released immediately. The appeal filed by Trump's lawyers challenging this has also been rejected by the appellate court.
