Two children in two years... severe impact on mothers
Doctors warn that having two children in quick succession causes severe physical and mental stress on mothers. They say that getting pregnant again before the body has fully recovered from the first pregnancy increases fatigue, anemia, insomnia, and depression. They suggest that if there is a gap of at least 18 months to 3 years between the two children, the mother will be healthier, and the bond between the siblings will be stronger.
