Two MLC Seats Vacant!
Amaravati: Two MLC seats under the Governor's nomination quota in the Legislative Council have fallen vacant. The tenures of Deputy Chairperson Zakia Khanam and YCP MLC Pandula Ravindra Babu ended on Monday. New candidates for these seats are set to be nominated from the TDP, leading to a large number of party leaders vying for the positions. However, given Prime Minister Modi's upcoming visit to inaugurate the Bhogapuram Airport, Chief Minister Chandrababu is unlikely to focus on filling these MLC seats until the event concludes.
