Vinesh Phogat withdraws retirement.. Target Olympics
Female wrestler Vinesh Phogat announced on social media that she is withdrawing her retirement decision. She said that she will participate in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. ‘I got away from the game due to the pressure of aspirations and expectations. I realized that I still love wrestling. I want to compete again after a break of 18 months. This time I will walk with my son,’ she said. She announced her retirement on August 8, 2024.
