The ownership of the globally renowned Pizza Hut restaurant chain is set to change. Yum! Brands—the parent company of brands like KFC and Taco Bell—has announced the sale of Pizza Hut for a total of $2.7 billion (approximately ₹25,000 crore). This sale will be executed through two separate agreements. Under the deal, the private equity firm LongRange Capital will acquire Pizza Hut's global operations (excluding China) for $1.5 billion.
