97% of devotees get Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan
Andhra Pradesh: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that the cooperation of devotees is necessary to protect the sanctity of Tirumala. He congratulated the TTD for the excellent conduct of Vaikuntha Ekadashi. He expressed his happiness that 7.83 lakh people were given the opportunity to have darshan of Lord Venkateswara from December 30 to January 8. He said that providing Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan to 97% of the common people was commendable. He said that all the procedures implemented, from queue management to Prasad distribution, yielded positive results.
