‘All England Junior’ Champion Sai
Birmingham: Young Telugu shuttler Sai Nachiketh Bhatraju has made history by winning the prestigious All England Open Junior title. In the Under-19 singles final, Sai defeated fellow Indian Suhas 21-8, 21-15 to emerge victorious. Hailing from Hyderabad, Sai is currently training at the Chetan Anand Badminton Academy. This marks the first international title for Sai, who has been showcasing his talent at the national level for the past four years under the guidance of Arjuna Awardee Chetan Anand.
