Automobile Exports Increased by 24%
Automobile exports from India increased significantly in 2025. While 50,98,474 vehicles were exported in 2024, that number reached 63,25,211 (24.1%) last year. Demand is growing rapidly in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin American countries. Passenger vehicle exports increased by 16%, utility vehicles by 32%, and car exports by 3%. Maruti Suzuki topped the list by exporting 3.95 lakh units.
