Cancel Mithun Reddy's bail: SIT
Andhra Pradesh: A CID-led SIT has filed a petition in the High Court seeking cancellation of bail for YSRCP MP Mithun Reddy. The ACB has stated that there are legal flaws in the bail granted by the court. The ACB has sought serious consideration for the fact that Mithun Reddy did not mention the details of his criminal history in the petition filed by the court. It has criticized the granting of bail just 10 days after the petition was filed. This is likely to come up for hearing tomorrow.
