Chabahar project is in progress
Iran's ambassador to India, Dr. Mohammad Fatali, said that despite the sanctions, the construction work of the strategically important Chabahar port is going on steadily. In an interview given to an English news channel, he denied that all the media reports in this matter are speculations. He said that Chabahar port is crucial for India especially for the growth of trade with the countries of Central Asia and Afghanistan. He said that despite the international pressure, the importance of this project has not decreased.
