Despite the introduction of WhatsApp complaint system in Kurnool district AP, the officials are not responding to the complaints of the people. No one is following the orders given by the Chief Minister. In Maddikera,the common people have filed many complaints,but no action is being taken.Even urgent matters submitted through the official complaint portal remain unresolved
