Copyright case.. verdict in favor of Ilayaraja!
Legendary music director Ilayaraja is in the news for a series of copyright cases. Recently, he approached the Madras High Court alleging that songs he composed were used in the film ‘Good Bad Ugly’ without his permission. The court, which heard the case, ruled in his favor and ordered Mythri Movie Makers to stop the broadcast. He had also filed a case against the films ‘Manjummal Boys’ in the past and recently ‘Coolie’.
