CPM impeaches Tammineni
Telangana: The party's central committee has impeached senior CPM leader Tammineni Veerabhadra. He was accused of lobbying, instigating and taking unilateral decisions during his tenure as state secretary. It expressed anger that this led to the split in the state committee. Along with Tammineni, the committee members Skylab Babu and Prasad have violated party discipline and lacked self-criticism in their explanations.
