Delhi pollution: World No. 3 withdraws
Pollution in Delhi is affecting sporting events. World No. 3 and Danish player Anders Antonsen announced his withdrawal from the 'India Open' tournament due to severe pollution. He stated that it is not a suitable venue for holding a badminton tournament. Consequently, he paid a $5,000 fine to the Badminton World Federation. This is the third consecutive time that Anders has withdrawn from the 'India Open'.
