Demand for Rs 1 Crore Compensation
Visakhapatnam: YCP President and former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy demanded that the state government pay Rs 1 crore in compensation to the families of those who died in the steel plant accident. On Wednesday, he visited the injured victims undergoing treatment at Visakha Seven Hills Hospital. Afterward, he spoke with the family members of the patients. He then held discussions with leaders of the steel plant labor unions in the hospital lobby for 20 minutes.
