Do you have anemia? Do this:
* Consume leafy greens, sprouted pulses, and meat that are rich in iron. * Consume lemons, gooseberries, and guavas, which are rich in Vitamin C. * Consuming beetroot cleanses the blood and provides plenty of iron and protein. * Consuming sesame seeds, either alone or with jaggery, reduces anemia. * Honey is rich in iron, copper, and manganese. * Bananas, grapes, and strawberries prevent anemia.
