They identified stress, depression, insomnia, fever, and alcohol consumption as contributing causes. They noted that while this is generally a common issue, one should consult a doctor if the symptoms become severe. They explained that this problem can be mitigated to some extent by establishing a fixed schedule for going to bed and waking up.
