ED vs. I-PAC: The Dispute Reaches the High Court!
High drama unfolded throughout the day over the ED raids on the I-PAC office in Kolkata. This affair, which played out like Mamata versus the ED, finally reached the Calcutta High Court. The ED and I-PAC filed separate petitions. The ED stated in its petition that it conducted searches in connection with the Bengal coal mining scam and that Mamata Banerjee obstructed them. I-PAC requested the court to issue orders to stop the ED raids.
