Eye problems if you don't get proper sleep!
Doctors warn that not getting enough sleep can have an effect on the eyes. They say that during deep sleep, the eyes naturally produce tears, which keeps them soft. They say that if you don't sleep properly, your eyes will become dry. They warn that if this continues for a long time, the retina will slow down and your vision will decrease. They suggest sleeping for 6-8 hours a day.
