Five-Member Bench Constituted for Subhash Chandra Case
New Delhi: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has constituted a five-member bench to hear the personal insolvency resolution case against Subhash Chandra, the founder of Zee News and Entertainment channels and Chairman of the Essel Group. This move follows the inability to reach a majority opinion during the proceedings held so far, which led to the matter being referred back to the NCLT President; consequently, the decision was made to form a bench comprising five members.
