Former CM suffers setback in sex CD case
Former CM Bhupesh Baghel suffered a major setback in the 2017 Chhattisgarh obscene CD case. The CBI Special Court cancelled the order previously issued by the Magistrate Court acquitting him in this case. The case was registered on allegations of creating and circulating obscene videos to defame former minister Rajesh Munnat. At the same time, the court also rejected the petitions filed by other accused.
