FPI Investments of ₹20,200 Crore
After withdrawing investments from the Indian equity market for four consecutive months, Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) made net investments of ₹20,200 crore in July. Key reasons for this shift include strong financial results from corporate companies, attractive valuations, and a reduction in international tensions. Earlier this year, FPIs had withdrawn substantial amounts: ₹1.17 lakh crore in March, ₹60,847 crore in April, ₹32,963 crore in May, and ₹49,340 crore in June.
