Grand arrangements for Makar Jyoti festival
ADM Arun S Nair stated that all arrangements have been completed for the Makaravilakku (Makar Jyoti) darshan to be held on January 14th at Sabarimala in Kerala. He said that barricades and other facilities have been prepared for the safety of the devotees. Strict restrictions have been imposed on the darshan as per the High Court's orders. Only 30,000 people will be allowed through the virtual queue on the 14th. Temporary restrictions will be implemented on the Pamba-Sannidhanam route in view of the Thiruvabharanam procession.
