She said that if you already have these visas and are outside the country, there will be no charge for re-entry. She said that the new rules will not affect visa holders whether they leave the country or return as usual. She said that this will apply only to those who get a new visa. She said that this is not an annual fee, but the entire amount will have to be paid at once.
